Description
This giant plant has the largest leaves of any plant grown in the UK. The leaves are borne on long, stout, prickly stems and can grow to well over a metre in diameter. It has a green/red club shaped flowers that are about 70cm long.
Repotting or planting
Remove the plant from the pot, and plant in damp ground, in a hole deep enough to accommodate the root ball.
Care instructions
Cover the crown with dying foliage or straw in Autumn to protect from frost.
