- How much does delivery cost ?
We offer Free Delivery to the UK on all orders over £50 with the following exceptions:-
Scottish Highlands Postcodes- £19.99
AB36 – AB38, AB55 – AB56,
FK17 – FK21,
IV1 – IV39, IV52 – IV54, IV63,
KW1 – KW14,
PA21 – PA40,
PH19 – PH26, PH30 – PH41,
PH49 – PH50,
Pallet Charges:
£42 per pallet.
We deliver to the UK only – excluding the Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland & The Channel Islands. We do not currently ship to the EU.
- How long does delivery take?
Plant orders:-
Generally, plant orders are processed the same day and dispatched within 1-3 days on tracked 48-hour service by Amazon delivery/Royal Mail or APC.
Pond Liner Orders:-
Are processed the same day and dispatched within 1-3 days on APC overnight.
Pond Pumps etc:-
Are processed the same day and dispatched within 1-3 days on APC overnight.
During the busy season, you may experience a slight delay.
- What do I do if there is no one to receive a delivery?
That’s OK, if you have not provided an alternative delivery address (a neighbour for example), the carrier will leave a card with a contact number so you can arrange a new delivery time that suits you.
- Can I add delivery Instructions?
Yes, we are very happy to add delivery instructions for the carriers to use when delivering your order, however, once left as instructed we can not accept claims for products being lost stolen, or damaged on delivery. we require a signature.
- What to do if the items are damaged?
In the first instance, please take a photo of the packaging and the goods/plants and send it to us by email at sales@artisanaquatics.co.uk, or WhatsApp at 07763327548. We will contact you with the next steps.
