Long-stemmed pale green fronds, sensitive to frost, hence the name. This accommodating fern will grow in fairly dry ground as well as damper areas where it can spread in a dense carpet over the surface.
Repotting or planting
Remove the plant from the pot, and plant in damp ground, in a hole deep enough to accommodate the root ball.
Grows best in a damp, but not waterlogged ground, in a sheltered position. Tidy old foliage as required.
