Description

The Nymphaea Caroliniana Nivea Water Lily is an absolute stunner. The beautiful white flowers are star-shaped and stand 10 cm above the water surface. They have a yellow heart that makes them even more special. The outer petals of the flowers hang downwards, adding to the effect. These flowers are about 12 to 14 cm in size and have a wonderfully sweet scent. Potting & Repotting 

Bare root lilies require potting into 2/3 Litre mesh basket

1ltr lilies require potting into a 3ltr or larger mesh basket. All other size lilies do not need repotting but benefit from being potted up. 30 ltr lilies do not need repotting for in excess of 10 – 15 years. There is no need to remove the mesh basket.

Care instructions

Plant in still water away from splashing fountains. Lower gradually so the leaves can stretch to the surface within a few days. Remove dead leaves and flowers during the growing season.
