Description

Andreana Waterlily is a rare, beautiful waterlily that produces large numbers of deep-red flowers. The green leaves are covered in attractive reddish-brown markings, and the flowers are held several inches above the water.

Potting & Repotting 

Bare root lilies require potting into 2/3 Litre mesh basket

1ltr lilies require potting into a 3ltr or larger mesh basket. All other size lilies do not need repotting but benefit from being potted up. 30 ltr lilies do not need repotting for in excess of 10 – 15 years. There is no need to remove the mesh basket.

Care instructions

Plant in still water away from splashing fountains. Lower gradually so the leaves can stretch to the surface within a few days. Remove dead leaves and flowers during the growing season.

Why water lilies

Water lilies are popular for their distinct beauty and colour.
