Description

Hardy species of the Northern Hemisphere which has feathered & crested deep green foliage. As with most ferns, it prefers moist soil but avoid waterlogged areas.

Repotting or planting

Remove the plant from the pot, and plant in damp ground, in a hole deep enough to accommodate the root ball.

Care instructions

Grows best in a damp, but not waterlogged ground, in a sheltered position. Tidy old foliage as required.
